The reservation is confirmed when the booking completion message is displayed on the customer’s screen. If paying in advance by credit card, the reservation is confirmed upon completion of the credit card transaction. Once the reservation is confirmed, you may use the services on-site.
Cancellations are accepted via phone or online reservation platforms.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Due to the nature of the service, refunds cannot be issued after the accommodation has been used.
In the event of cancellation due to disasters or accidents, the facility will respond accordingly. Please refer to the facility’s terms of use and precautions. If there are any issues with the provided accommodation services, we will offer refunds or alternative arrangements as appropriate.
